Jo has published two self help books. "The Shed- change your life by cleaning out your shed" and Underneath my clothes - a woman's guide to making peace with her body". Both books have been well received worldwide.
Jo has worked as a wellness and weight management consultant for ten years along side some
inspiring health care practitioners. With an education in healthy eating, weight loss, weight management, anti ageing foods, meditation and stress management techniques â€“ Jo has assisted many people to change their lives for the better. Her practical, down to earth approach towards wellness encourages everyone to get back to basics and simplify life.
